My daughter has been receiving speech and OT at Goddard for two years. Elaine and Tracy have been the most amazing therapists a family could ever ask for. Anika will have her last sessions this week, since she will be attending New Albany Early Learning Center this fall. Is there anyway I could stay on a list for summer services next year? I understand it might not be with Tracy or Elaine. However, we’ve worked with several people as subs from McKibben and Monte and have grown to love everyone! Thank you for your time!

It appears as if B is really beginning to trust you and enjoy being with you. Our pediatrician also spoke very highly of the summary that you provided. J and I really do sincerely appreciate everything that you’re doing! We really appreciate your work. We are definitely using the feelings wheel at home and last Saturday he independently got it off the fridge and brought it over to me to show that he felt sad!

We’re definitely seeing improvement on our end! J hasn’t had a huge blow up in over week and isn’t acting out physically as much as he used to when he gets upset. We are very grateful for all you’re doing!

We have truly appreciated everything that you and Ann have done for R hese last few years. She is so much more confident in using her voice and practicing her words that she previously struggled with.

C has been enjoying his speech therapy with Mackenzie. She says he is progressing relatively quickly and we have noticed improvements at home as well so we are happy with results so far!

Just wanted to pass along how excited we are as a family after M's first speech appointment. Olivia was fantastic and I was surprised with how shy M is, that she opened up so quickly to her. The fact that it is a "stress free" environment is helpful. I like that aspect of this therapy vs in a "clinical" setting. Thanks all 😉😉 Just passing along how positive our first experience was and how we look forward to working with Olivia.

I am crying tears of happiness! A little thing like learning to tell a joke is HUGE! We have noticed such an improvement in our little chatter box and are so grateful we made the choice to have him evaluated. Thank you so much for your kindness towards our shy little guy and I look forward to see how he continues to grow! 

A year ago, M struggled with a periodic, heavy stutter that caused physical distortion. He has come such a long way. Most importantly, he’s always so proud of his accomplishments and shows improved self-confidence. We feel extremely fortunate that we have such a strong support system for M and it’s apparent how much each therapist truly cares about his progression and development. Thanks so much, we truly appreciate it. 

The McKibben & Monte speech therapy group has been a wonderful resource for families of our preschoolers at Little Shepherds Learning Center. For many years we have partnered with them to offer speech evaluations at our site to children age 3 to 5.

Families have contracted with them to provide the recommended ongoing speech therapy to their student during their scheduled session at the center. McKibben & Monte have also provided Professional Training hours to our staff in areas of speech and language and kindergarten readiness.

It seems to us that B has been much more open to discussing emotions at home.  Anyways, thanks again for your note.  Like I said we really appreciate your work.  We are definitely using the feelings wheel at home and last Saturday he independently got it off the frig and brought it over to me to show that he felt sad!
